I put items in my cart, sign in and everytime I hitting continue checkout, I go back to gamestop'due south homepage. It is driving me crazy. Gamestop said to delete my cookies which I did (nigh 9 times AND nine restarts). Anyone else have this problem and a solution ? ? ?

Not having that trouble, but it tells me my credit information is incorrect. Given that I have purchased other stuff online since getting that message, I have to think something is wrong on their side.

What browser are y'all using? If information technology's Internet Explorer, use Firefox.. and vice versa. Make sure all firewalls are down.

I am using Dial-up with PeoplePC and Internet Explorer. I had the same problem with Earthlink dialup

If you lot had put items in your cart and waited a while to check out, Gamestop.com logs you out, and information technology wipes out the contents of your cart.
Affluent all of your temporary files for your browser as well.

phone call customer service, im not sure, only I think you can over the phone...

I ordered my society over the telephone when I had that problem.
I also deleted all my temp files and cookies which stock-still it.

I have the exact same trouble. It started happening afterwards I installed XP SP 2. Using IE.

i occasionally become the problem when i effort to purchase and confirm my order. Once again, if y'all are having trouble, just call them and order over the phone.

I'm having this problem too! It started when I moved. I have all my CC information inverse so I don't know what the deal is.

I never been able to checkout at gamespot.com. No large deal. ebgames is merely as nifty IMO.

I never been able to checkout at gamespot.com. No big deal. ebgames is only as great IMO.
EB gets the nod for me most of the fourth dimension since we can get 25-26% off used games with gratis aircraft

I've had problems with them besides - its similar y'all get around in circles when you lot cheque out.
I ended up using a dissimilar card and it worked. Gauge they accept had ongoing bug with their CC verification system.
